These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Jobsite HQ website, beta program, software, applications, and related services (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. Additional terms may apply to beta participants or particular features.
Pre-Release and Beta Services
Some Jobsite HQ features may be preview, experimental, beta, or pre-release. They may be incomplete, change without notice, contain errors, or be suspended or discontinued. Beta access does not guarantee future availability, pricing, features, or commercial release.
Accounts and Authorized Use
You are responsible for information submitted through your account, maintaining the confidentiality of credentials, and activity occurring under your account. You may use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
Your Data and Content
As between you and Jobsite HQ, you retain ownership of your project information, customer information, photos, documents, estimates, notes, and other content you submit to the Services. You give Jobsite HQ the limited permission necessary to host, process, transmit, back up, secure, and otherwise use that content to provide, maintain, support, and improve the Services.
Jobsite HQ Intellectual Property
The Services and their software, source and object code, interfaces, designs, graphics, branding, logos, documentation, workflows, features, content, and other proprietary materials are owned by Jobsite HQ or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property and other laws. Jobsite HQ™, its logos, and related branding may not be used without permission except as permitted by law.
Prohibited Conduct
Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, scrape, systematically extract, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to discover source code or underlying non-public technology, circumvent access or security controls, interfere with the Services, gain unauthorized access, or use proprietary Jobsite HQ materials to create or assist a competing product or service. You may not use automated means to extract substantial portions of the Services or their proprietary content without written permission.
Feedback
If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, comments, or other feedback about Jobsite HQ, you permit us to use, adapt, commercialize, and incorporate that feedback without restriction or obligation to compensate you, while you retain ownership of any underlying content that is independently yours.
Third-Party Services
The Services may interact with third-party products or services. Jobsite HQ is not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
Availability and Changes
We may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features or portions of the Services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Jobsite HQ does not warrant that estimates, AI-generated or automated outputs, calculations, recommendations, or other information will be complete, error-free, or suitable for every project. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs and making professional, contractual, safety, code, pricing, and business decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jobsite HQ and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Services. Any additional limitations applicable to paid Services may be stated in the terms presented at purchase or subscription.
Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services or users, address unlawful or abusive activity, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. You may stop using the Services at any time, subject to any additional subscription or beta terms that apply.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Jobsite HQ develops. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date, and additional notice will be provided when required.
